So here's what I used for peanut butter-walnut ice cream!
Two Servings:
2 Frozen bananas
1.5 Tbsp of peanut butter
1-2 Tbsp of almond milk (or other liquid)
1 Tbsp walnuts
1 Tbsp Chocolate Shakeology (or coco, chocolate protien powder, etc)
Pulse all ingredients except walnuts for several seconds (or until you reach desired consistancy)
Add walnuts (chop to desired size before mixing with blended mixture)
Enjoy!!
Play around with other flavors... I'm sure that frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries...would all be delicious! Go ahead and add things other than peanut butter && walnuts...get creative!! ;)
This is a GREAT post-workout snack because of all the protein & good carbs!! Yum yum!!! Guilt free ice cream? YES PLEASE!! So yummy!! I hope you like this little treat as much I as do!!!
